Scott Bowman has been recertified by the prestigious National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). This is his third recertification.  He has been board certified now for a total of ten years. According to the NBTA, Board Certification is the highest, most stringent, and most reliable honor an attorney can achieve. Less than 3% of American lawyers are Board Certified.

The candidates for Board Certification must submit to a rigorous screening of their legal credentials. To obtain NBTA Board Certification attorneys must successfully complete the following:

• Demonstration of substantial trial experience
• Submission of judicial and peer references to attest to their competency
• Attendance of continuing legal education courses
• Proof of good standing
